This Privacy Statement describes how we collect and use your personal information
and how we maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of such information.
This disclosure also explains how you can verify the accuracy of information regarding

and "our" refer to Econ-O-Check Corporation; the terms "you" and "your" refer to
each person who is a policyholder of an insurance product obtained through us.
This disclosure applies to our former customers as well as to our existing customers.
Nonpublic Personal Information. This Privacy Statement
relates primarily to our use of nonpublic personal information. Nonpublic
personal information means financial information that relates specifically to you
and that is not available from a public source (such as government records, phone
books, or widely distributed media). For example, the fact that you are a
holder of a policy of insurance obtained through us is nonpublic personal information.
Nonpublic personal information also includes any list, description, or other grouping
of customers that is created using nonpublic information.
How We Obtain Personal Customer Information and What We Collect.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or
other forms, such as your name, address, bank account number, and age.
- Information about your transaction with us or others,
such as your name, address, telephone number, insurance coverage, transaction history,
and insurance premiums.

and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following

- Disclosure to Nonaffiliated Third Parties.
We may disclose information about you, including nonpublic personal information,
to nonaffiliated third parties as described below. ("Nonaffiliated third parties"
are companies that do not control Econ-O-Check and that are not controlled by or
under common control with us.) We are permitted by law to disclose this information.
- Disclosure to Service Providers.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies
that provide services for us, such as printing companies. We require that
these service providers maintain the confidentiality of your information and that
they use the information only for the purposes for which we provided it.
- Disclosure for Marketing Purposes.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies
that perform marketing services on our behalf. We also may disclose all of
the information relating to our transactions and experiences with you to financial
institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. "Financial institutions"

broker-dealers, and other companies providing financial products or services.

behalf or under joint marketing arrangements with other financial, we require that

when you have provided your written consent for us to do so, including when you
give someone a power of attorney or other authorization to act on your behalf.
- Disclosure to Joint Policyholders.
We may disclose information about your insurance policy obtained through us, and
your transactions or payments with respect to such policies, to persons who jointly
hold such policies with you.
Your Request for Information in Connection with
Recorded Personal Information.
If you wish to receive this personal information, you will need to make a written
request to us. We will provide you a copy or access to any personal information
we have on file and any records we may have indicating the parties to whom we have
disclosed such information in the past two years.
You may also make a request to amend, correct or delete
the personal information we have in your file. If we disagree with your request
to amend, correct or delete your personal information in our files we will inform
you of our decision and we shall file your statement of disputed personal information
in our files where it will be viewed by those who review your file in the future
or those to whom we disclose your personal information in the future. If we
make the requested amendments, corrections or deletetions, we will at your request,
inform any person who may have received the personal information in the last two
years of the amendments, corrections or deletions.

Your privacy is considered in all aspects of our business. We have established
policies and guidelines to ensure that the highest level of protection is maintained.
We constantly update these policies to meet changing federal regulations and the
latest in Internet security standards, and we update and test our computers, hardware,
